Naomi Gilson

Naomi Gilson is an Occupational Therapist specialising in Low Vision. Her role with VisAbility/Guide Dogs Tasmania provides support and assistance to people of all ages to help them understand that vision loss is not a barrier to living the life they chose. Naomi is passionate about finding practical solutions to assist people to rediscover independence, quality of life and hope for the future.

Naomi graduated from the Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice at Latrobe University. She recently presented at the VIC/TAS Regional Occupational Therapy Conference in Melbourne promoting collaboration with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists in providing quality vision services for those with low vision.
