Martin Robinson

Martin Robinson BAppSc (Optom) graduated in 1994 from Queensland University of Technology and originally worked in country Queensland, including fly-in fly-out work in concert with Dr Gary Brian of the Fred Hollows Foundation in remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait communities. He also worked with corneal surgeons to fit RGPs to post graft corneas. In 2006 he moved to Hobart and since 2009, has run his own practice, Martin’s Eyecare. This has allowed him to continue fitting complex contact lenses, as well as pursuing his passion for dry eye. Mr Robinson is currently State President of the Cornea and Contact Lens Society of Australia TAS (CCLSA), National Vice President CCLSA, Committee Member, Save Sight Keratoconus Registry – Optometry Module, Telstra Best of Business State Award Winner – Championing Health, and a Lumenis IPL practitioner.Martin Robinson
